Not to be confused with Philips' superior 24-track anthology of the same name, Spectrum's budget-priced Silver Collection features ten selections from British pop diva Dusty Springfield's heydays. While the songs are great ("Son of a Preacher Man," "Wishin' and Hopin'," "I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself"), it's hard to recommend this scant set over higher-quality overviews like 2006's Complete A and B Sides 1963-1970 or 2008's two-disc Gold. ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide
