Magnificent! Composition, orchestra, recording, all the finest.Feb 06, 2010
This is by far one of the best scores you will hear from a film. That Hollywood gave the Oscar to the mediocre score from BB Mountain is ludicrous. Marianelli, you are a great artist.

This gorgeous score will definitely bring back wonderful memories of the movie. But in my opinion it's easier to appreciate the soundtrack when you're not busy concentrating on the movie. The music is beautiful, lush, and melancholy all at once. Highly recommend to all the romantics out there!

This CD is simply beautiful. The music is simple, delicate, and just lovely. This is the only CD that affords me comfort on those nights where I can't sleep because my head is pounding. It's also wonderful to listen to while working or feeling in a contemplative mood. The work the composers did on this album is truly appreciated.

This music is fantastic! It's very beautiful! Very emotional! Every time I listen to, for example: Darcy's letter... My eyes well-up with tears, and my imagination goes wild! Great music for emotional teens! It may sound stupid, but if a teen is in a down-in-the-dumps mood, this will help! :)
